I am a Neuro/Body researcher. I have made published research on Sleep, Brain, Body and Hormones. Everyone has some quest and my quest was to decode our day to day food and lifestyle and find the science behind. So I have come up with many small things that can change our life and make us more efficient. These small things like timing of day, what we should do, to what we eat can make us store more information in brain, Grow our brain and muscles, Make our heart strong, Improve our decision making capability, and many more. Our Brain is neuroplastic and our body is dynamic that means each day it can be more efficient that one it is. Our body can be more efficient with small daily effect.

In today's world we have lot of options and trends available for making ourselves better but what is missing is the science that we are not knowing. We believe in health, that should be a lifestyle and not a trendy diet. My focus is to help you with providing the science of Food, Exercise, Body and Brain. May it be single individual or group of people, may it be school or an organization, we have something for each of them. We are not trying to replace your doctor but we can work with you, with the help of food and exercise to keep you away from medicines.



Our Idiology: Fitness is not about how good you measure on BMI Scale. Its all about your longitivity, Your strenght, Your immunity and your Happiness index.
